Pre-Order & Return Policy (English)

Pre-Orders

At Alex Palou Shop, certain products are available for pre-order due to extended production timelines. Please review our pre-order policies before placing your order:

- Payment is processed at the time of purchase, even if the item has not yet been produced or shipped.
- All pre-order sales are final, as quantities are limited.
- Estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description and may vary depending on production timelines.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately as available. We will only hold the full order if the pre-order item can ship within two weeks of the purchase date.

Returns

Please review the following policies before requesting a return:

- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or improperly handled will not be accepted.
- If approved, Alex Palou Shop will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Returns sent without authorization or proper documentation will not be processed or returned.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
